Kitchen
A large kitchen awaits you, with modern appliances from a 6 gas cook top and oven, dishwasher, Breville Coffee Machine, fridge & freezer and ample pantry space. Features a sweeping 4 stool breakfast bar. Also equipped with a WiFi station in kitchen.
Lounge
With a fireplace, bi-fold doors and 4 seater lounge - this space overlooks the garden, outdoor seating and Proper Bay. Together with the large open living of the kitchen and dining, the lounge is a perfect space to enjoy. Also includes JBL bluetooth speaker.
Bathroom
A beautiful 2-way main bathroom, fully tiled and finished with brass tap ware includes a luxurious large shower, bath, basin and toilet. The entire house is on rainwater, therefore please be mindful of water usage.
Bedroom 1
With views overlooking the bay, Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, smart TV and ensuite bathroom complete with deep bath and double shower.
Bedroom 2
A large room with queen bed and single bunk beds. This bedroom also includes convenient baggage racks, which are stored under the bed.
Bedroom 3
A private room with queen bed adjacent to the media room. This bedroom also includes baggage racks, which are stored under the bed.
Media Room
The media room features an 80cm TV with full complimentary snack bar. Perfect place to lay down after a busy day. Sofa bed folds out to a queen bed, sleeping 2.
Outdoor Dining
The large outdoor table caters for all that are staying. With a natural grey worn timber, it's the place to unwind and watch the kids run around on the lawn or over on the seaside block playing Bocce, with uninterrupted views of Proper Bay. Outside includes Wood Pizza Oven and BBQ area.
Laundry
The Laundry features brand new front loader washing machine and tumble dryer. Sink and ample storage. All laundry and cleaning supplies are supplied and stored in laundry area.
'The Loft' Living Room
The upstairs loft features an open plan living with a king bed, grand kitchen, queen sofa all with spectacular views of Proper Bay. Features an oven, electric stove top, microwave, coffee machine and fridge.
'The Loft' Bathroom
An adorable bathroom awaits in the upstairs loft. With old world charm, it certainly creates for a unique stay.
'The Loft' Balcony
It doesn't get better than this. Unwind with the best views in Tulka and Proper Bay. Privacy awaits with separate balcony, creating the perfect parents retreat from the downstairs house.
