Nestled between the township of Port Lincoln and the Lincoln National Park, Tulka is the perfect tourist treasure. Situated over 2 sprawling blocks with uninterrupted ocean views, Tulka House is a true homestead retreat inside and out. Equipped with multiple bedrooms, living areas, entertainer’s kitchen and stunning alfresco area, the fully landscaped gardens come with its own Bocce court to help pass the time – as the sun sets on your relaxing days. Tulka magically overlooks Proper Bay with stunning views across to the Lincoln National Park.
Tulka House accommodates a maximum of 14 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms, including ‘The Loft’, together with an additional pull out sofa in the media room. The main bedroom features a king bed, TV, private ensuite with double shower and bath overlooking Proper Bay and Port Lincoln National Park.
For couples, ‘The Loft’ can be booked on its own, providing you with the full Tulka experience minus access to the inside ground floor of the home.
Tulka House is designed to immerse you in nature. The sea, the sand, the serenity. There are trails to walk, 4WD tracks to explore, beaches to swim and then unwind with the very best that Tulka House has to offer.

Adventure Tours
From 4WD to Shark Diving, there are plenty of adventures to explore around the Port Lincoln area. In addition, Coffin Bay is only a 30 minute drive away.
Walking Trails
Explore the Investigator Trail as it meanders from Port Lincoln, through Tulka and onto the stunning Lincoln National Park.
Boating
Tulka House is the perfect spot to moor in calm waters. Tulka House has its own private boat mooring directly out the front of the property for guest use.
We had an amazing stay! Tulka House is truly luxurious from the king bed and bath looking out to the National Park to curling up infront of the fire. It was a true disconnect. We could do as much or little as we liked, from 4WD and hiking in the National Park to the connection with the sunrises and sounds of the waves in the distance. All makes for a stunning stay.
