Equipped with multiple bedrooms, living areas, entertainer’s kitchen and stunning alfresco area, the fully landscaped gardens come with its own Bocce court to help pass the time – as the sun sets on your relaxing days. Tulka magically overlooks Proper Bay with stunning views across to the Lincoln National Park.
Tulka House accommodates a maximum of 14 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms, including ‘The Loft’, together with an additional pull out sofa in the media room. The main bedroom features a king bed, TV, private ensuite with double shower and bath overlooking Proper Bay and Port Lincoln National Park.
For couples, ‘The Loft’ can be booked on its own, providing you with the full Tulka experience minus access to the inside ground floor of the home.
Tulka House is designed to immerse you in nature. The sea, the sand, the serenity. There are trails to walk, 4WD tracks to explore, beaches to swim and then unwind with the very best that Tulka House has to offer.

Tulka House is the perfect spot to moor in calm waters. Tulka House has its own private boat mooring directly out the front of the property for guest use.
Our stay at Tulka House was simply amazing! The place blends comfort with natural beauty perfectly, making it a truly unforgettable retreat.
We loved cozying up by the fireplace, enjoying the crackling wood and warmth, and watching stunning sunsets from the deck with a glass of wine in hand.
Exploring the nearby national park was a highlight, with kayaking and biking amidst breathtaking landscapes. Mornings were relaxed, savoring slow coffee in the loft while planning our adventures.
Making wood-fired pizzas together was unexpectedly fun and added to the homely feel of our evenings.
Overall, Tulka House exceeded our expectations with its charm, comfort, and proximity to nature. We highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind and rejuvenate on the Eyre Peninsula!
